By accessing or using PrfctClaw, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PrfctClaw is a service provided by PitchPrfct, Inc. These terms are in addition to the PitchPrfct Terms of Service, which continue to apply to your use of the PitchPrfct platform.
PrfctClaw is an AI-powered assistant that lets you manage your PitchPrfct CRM account through iMessage. You can use it to manage contacts, send messages, check your inbox, schedule appointments, and more -- all through natural text conversation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials. PrfctClaw accesses your PitchPrfct account on your behalf to read and write contacts, messages, workflows, and other CRM data as you direct.
PrfctClaw costs $50 per month after a free trial of 20 messages. Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
Pricing may change with 30 days' notice. Continued use of PrfctClaw after a pricing change constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
Your phone number is used to identify your account and deliver the service. Messages are sent and received through third-party messaging infrastructure. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply. PrfctClaw communicates exclusively through iMessage and may fall back to SMS if iMessage is unavailable.
PrfctClaw uses artificial intelligence to understand your messages and generate responses. Your conversations are processed by AI technology and stored to maintain context within and across sessions. The AI assistant may make mistakes -- always verify important actions (such as sending messages to contacts or modifying account data) before confirming them.
Your data is shared only with the service providers necessary to operate PrfctClaw, including providers for messaging delivery, AI processing, payment processing, and calendar integration (if connected). We do not sell your data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can cancel your subscription through the billing management page. PitchPrfct, Inc. may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if your PitchPrfct subscription lapses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PitchPrfct, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of PrfctClaw. Given the beta nature of the service, total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for PrfctClaw in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use of PrfctClaw after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
