This Privacy Policy describes how PrfctClaw, a service of PitchPrfct, Inc., collects, uses, and protects your information. This policy supplements the PitchPrfct Privacy Policy, which continues to apply to your use of the PitchPrfct platform.

1. Information We Collect

When you use PrfctClaw, we collect:

• Account information: Your phone number and first name, used to identify you and deliver the service
• PitchPrfct credentials: Your API credentials, which are encrypted at rest and used solely to access your PitchPrfct account on your behalf
• Conversation history: The messages you send to and receive from PrfctClaw, used to maintain context and improve responses
• Preferences: Settings you configure, such as timezone, default appointment length, and other workflow preferences
• Calendar data: If you connect Google Calendar, we store an encrypted authorization token to read and manage your calendar events
• Billing information: Payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor. We do not store your credit card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you and provide access to your account
• Process your messages and generate AI-powered responses
• Execute actions on your PitchPrfct account as you direct (managing contacts, sending messages, etc.)
• Manage your calendar events (if connected)
• Process billing and manage your subscription
• Improve the service and resolve issues

3. Third-Party Service Providers

To operate PrfctClaw, we share the minimum necessary data with the following categories of service providers:

• Messaging provider: Delivers iMessage and SMS communications between you and PrfctClaw
• AI processing provider: Processes your messages to understand your requests and generate responses
• Payment processor: Handles subscription billing and payment method management
• Calendar provider: Manages calendar events on your behalf (only if you connect your calendar)

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared with service providers only as needed to deliver the service.

4. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

• API credentials and authorization tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption
• Access to your PitchPrfct account is limited to actions you explicitly request
• Your phone number is verified via a one-time code before account access is granted

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. Conversation history is used to maintain context during your sessions and may be periodically cleared for performance. If you cancel your subscription and wish to have your data deleted, contact us at support@pitchprfct.com and we will process your request.

6. Your Conversations

Messages you exchange with PrfctClaw are processed by AI technology to understand your requests and take actions on your behalf. These conversations are stored to maintain context across interactions. Your conversations are not shared with other users or used to train AI models.

7. Your Rights

You may:

• Request correction of your account information at any time through the login page
• Request deletion of your data by contacting support@pitchprfct.com
• Cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management page
• Disconnect Google Calendar at any time

8. Beta Disclaimer

PrfctClaw is currently in beta. Our security and privacy practices may evolve as the service matures. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to this policy through the service.

9. Children's Privacy

PrfctClaw is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use of PrfctClaw after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
